In the kingdom of Vesper the lines between good and evil are blurred. Yet, a small group of adventuring Misfits with good hearts find the courage to discover the truth and stop evil from prevailing.
You will be responsible for the following:
- level 1 note: We may start at level 2,3 or 4.
- any starting class that have been pre-approved
- “elite array +3”: 18,17,16,15,13,11
note: We may do rolled stats or 32-point-buy.
- Any allowed.
- Suggested races with no more than +2 Level Adjustment.
Racial HD + LA + classes = ECL
note: If you want to play a character with a LA+HD higher than the starting level, that may be allowed with approval, we will institute a special XP and level rule for that character.
DMG pg105 suggested rules for hirelings. NPC classes with 25-point-buy two levels lower than your main. Hirelings are paid each day, double when placed into dangerous situations and paid extra for Spellcasting and Services from PHB pg129. Hirelings gain XP independently from the party. note: The party is encouraged to use hirelings for all the extra grunt work. If you have many hirelings you are only required to name and stat out your main’s, “sidekick”.

The party is required to act as a group. The only rule for role-playing is that the party sticks together and works together. It is suggested that you make a leader of the group. Someone who will “Lead” in-character and make group decisions.

- Main character has wealth as PHB pg111 suggests with all starting rolls maxed.
- Item access to all PHB masterwork and lower items.
- Access to all +1 items and any magic item 3K or less.
- Access to Darkwood, Dragonhide, Cold Iron, Silver, Mithral but not Adamantine to start.

Be creative, and chose characters that you want to play. This campaign is geared towards not penalizing unbalanced parties.

What was your character doing for the past two years? You can go into more depth and write a complete backstory, but for this campaign, only required to share the past two years with your party. You have been traveling for up to two years and finally end up in Scum town.
